Discounted Under-age (age 21-24) Driver fee of $10 plus tax per day

Weekly rates are based on rentals of six (6) or seven (7) continuous days on one island. Additional days beyond the seven revert back to the daily rates and are not pro-rated based on the weekly rate.
All rates, taxes and fees are paid directly with Thrifty and Dolloar car rental.
The rates above do not include the following taxes and fees* and will be added as required/needed:
Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) 4.166% on Neighbor Islands, 4.712% on Oahu
Hawaii State Motor Vehicle Rental Surcharge of $7.50 per rental day (or any portion thereof)
The Airport Concession Recovery Fee of 11.11% or any other such charges as may be imposed on the rental car transactions as required by State Law which will be charged directly to the renter at the time of rental.
Vehicle Licensing & Registration Fee from $.57 - $1.41 per day (depending on type of vehicle and location.) This fee is subject to change.
Optional insurance coverages which will be offered by Thrifty a the time of rental such as Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Personal Protection Plan (PPI), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), and Uninsured Motorist Protection (UMP).
